MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (Oct. 7, 2024) — A traffic stop in McCracken County led to the arrests of two individuals on drug-related charges late Monday night.
At approximately 10:20 p.m., a McCracken County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a stop on a blue 2016 Cadillac ATS near John Puryear and Oaks Road. The driver was identified as 33-year-old Josiah Fisk of McKenzie, Tennessee, and the passenger as 23-year-old Kristin Smith of Hardin, Kentucky.
During the investigation, deputies discovered a quantity of fentanyl pills, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Fisk and Smith were arrested and transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail. Fisk faces charges of driving with one headlight, first-degree possession of fentanyl, first-degree possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was charged with first-degree possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.
