FARMINGTON, Mo. (News First) – The Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce has a new app for your phone. Chamber Director Candy Hente says this app is impressive.
“We have the Eat Shop Play in the Parkland app,” Hente says. “Download that community app. It has everything in there. All the places to eat, all the places to shop. There’s even a gift button. So if you don’t know what to buy for a gift, you can scroll through there and be like, “I always forget about that place. Yeah, I need to go over there and pick up a gift.” In the app there’s a play button where we have one just for Halloween and for fall events. So if you’re looking for trunk or treats or hay rides or fall festivals, they’re all listed in there in the play section. With the times and locations, there’s even a place where you can click on the map and it’ll give you directions.”
You can download the Eat Shop Play in the Parkland app by going to the Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce website. Just scroll a bit down the main page and you will find it. Just click to download.
