PARK HILLS, Mo. (News First) – A man from Park Hills was injured Thursday night in a single-vehicle accident in St. Francois County. The highway patrol says the accident took place on Highway ‘B’, north of Russell Road, just south of Park Hills when a 2000 G.M.C. Sierra driven by 34-year-old Joshua J. Scaggs ran off the road, striking a road sign and some trees. Scaggs received moderate injuries and was taken to Parkland Health Center in Farmington.
