On 11-19-24 – Dakota L. Turner 29 yrs old was arrested at around 12:55pm Saturday after an undercover investigation resulted in detectives purchasing illegal controlled substances from Turner including dosage units of Fentanyl.
The preceding investigation resulted in arrest warrants being obtained.
Today while conducting surveillance at a residence near Melber on Ky Hwy 339 North, sheriff’s detectives observed Turner. They approached and placed him under arrest. During a subsequent search, they recovered 30 Fentanyl pills from his person.
Turner was subsequently charged with several counts of trafficking, and possession of Fentanyl, and Drug Paraphernalia, then transported and lodged at an out of county detention center.
