PARK HILLS, Mo. (News First) – A man from Park Hills has been arrested in St. Francois County on two felony charges. The arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says 61-year-old Gary J. Thebeau was arrested Tuesday morning on two counts of failing to register as a sex offender. Thebeau was taken to the St. Francois County jail in Farmington where he was later released.
