ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, Mo. (News First) – The Farmington Elks Lodge #1765 recently provided a dictionary to 340 third-grade students in the Farmington and Bismarck school districts and St. Joseph Catholic and St. Paul Lutheran Schools. The lodge began its dictionary project in 2007 and since starting the project, has provided over 5,300 dictionaries to students in St. Francois County, Missouri.
