FARMINGTON, Mo. (News First) – A Bismarck man was arrested in St. Francois County Tuesday afternoon on a couple of felony-related charges. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol arrest report, 26-year-old Zackary T. Freeman is being held with no bond in the county jail in Farmington. Freeman has been charged with the promotion of child pornography and possession of child porn.
