Missouri fell to just outside the A.P. Top 25 and will visit Mississippi State Saturday afternoon. The Tigers are looking to rebound from last week’s 34-30 loss at 19th-ranked South Carolina. The host Bulldogs return from a bye after losing 33-14 at 7th-ranked Tennessee and they seek to end a 10-game SEC losing streak dating back to last season.
Mizzou features the nation’s 18th-best defense along with quarterback Brady Cook and wide receiver Luther Burden III on offense. The Bulldogs have improved steadily behind an explosive offense that can score quickly and with big yardage. Kickoff for Saturday’s game is at 3:15.
