POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (News First) – A Poplar Bluff woman was arrested early Thursday morning on six felony counts. The arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says 49-year-old Melissa F. Moore was arrested shortly after midnight in Butler County on six counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Moore was later released from custody.
