IRON COUNTY, Mo. (News First) – Two people were injured Monday in a one-vehicle accident in Iron County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident took place on ‘N’ Highway, four miles west of Pilot Knob when a 2014 Jeep driven by a 26-year-old woman from Fredericktown ran off the road and struck a tree. The driver and a 25-year-old male passenger from Ironton received moderate injuries. The driver was taken to Parkland Health Center in Farmington and the passenger was taken to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County.
