ST LOUIS (News First) – The holidays started early for a lucky St. Francois County couple when they uncovered a $300,000 top prize on a Missouri Lottery “Holiday Ice” Scratchers ticket. The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K in Bonne Terre and later claimed at the Lottery’s St. Louis regional office on December 5th. In Fiscal Year 2024, lottery players in St. Francois County have won more than $12.4 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers in St. Francois County have received more than $1.2 million in commissions and bonuses and more than $2.7 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in St. Francois County.
