PADUCAH, Ky. (NewsFirst) – The I-24 Bridge westbound lanes are closed due to a multiple vehicle crash. Crews are on the scene. Traffic is already backed up to Exit 3 on the Paducah side. A duration for how long the bridge will be closed is not yet available.
