Union City, TN – December 6, 2023
Brian Readenour, a 47-year-old individual wanted in Graves County for the sexual abuse of a child (2nd Offense), has been successfully apprehended in Union City, Tennessee.
The Graves County Sheriff’s Office received a crucial tip that led to Readenour’s location. Detectives promptly traveled to Union City and, upon arrival, visually identified a vehicle with Readenour as an occupant. Quick coordination with Union City Police allowed both agencies to block the vehicle effectively, leading to Readenour’s swift arrest at approximately 10:10 PM.
Readenour was taken into custody without incident. He is expected to face multiple charges related to the sexual abuse of a child, and further details regarding these charges will be released on the next court date.
Additionally, charges are forthcoming for individuals suspected of aiding Readenour in avoiding apprehension. Law enforcement agencies commend the cooperation and coordination that led to the successful capture of the wanted individual.
