MARSHALL COUNTY, KY — Three Marshall County residents were arrested on Sunday in connection with a burglary reported by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. The burglary occurred at a residence on Starks Cemetery Road.

The investigation revealed that the stolen items were located at a residence belonging to one of the suspects involved in the burglary, 35-year-old Mindy Cone of Hardin. Cone was subsequently arrested on charges of burglary, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The stolen items from the burglary were recovered at Cone’s residence.

21-year-old Chance Birdsong, also of Hardin, was identified as another participant in the burglary and was arrested on burglary charges.

During the search of Cone’s residence, 24-year-old Austin Bebber of Almo was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for probation violation. Bebber was also found in possession of a glass drug smoking device containing suspected methamphetamine.
