SIKESTON—U.S. Route 61 in New Madrid County will be reduced as Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a culvert under the roadway.
This section of roadway is located between Mill Street and Des Cyprie Place Road in New Madrid, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, Jan. 2 through Friday, Jan. 5 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area
