A Paducah native and local attorney, has declared her candidacy for McCracken County District Judge. She was Valedictorian of Reidland High School Class of 2003, a mana cum laude graduate from Murray State University with a double major in History and Political Science in 2006, and earned a Juris Doctor from the University off Kentucky College of Law in 2009. 

In 2009, Hines was commissioned as a Security Forces Officer in the United States Air Force, performing and overseeing law enforcement and nuclear security operations at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri.

In 2012, Jenny joined the law firm of Boehl, Stopper & Graves, LLP, where she became a partner. Hines practice in a variety of areas of law and in courts statewide, including federal court.

From 2012 to 2023, Hines worked as an attorney for the Kentucky Court Of Appeals. During these years, Hines gained valuable knowledge, experience, and insight into the inner workings of Kentucky’s judicial system.

In 2024, Jenny rejoined the firm of Boehl, Stophey & Graves LLP, where she currently practices as a partner. 

Jenny Hines in married to Eddie Jones and together they have two children who attend or have attended McCracken and Paducah Public Schools. She is an actively participating citizen who cares deeply for her community. McCracken County is her family’s home, and Jenny is dedicated to making it better every day.
