CALLOWAY COUNTY, KENTUCKY (NewsFirst) — On March 6, 2024, it was discovered that a picture was posted to the internet depicting what appeared to be a restroom at Calloway County High School. Two students could be seen from the waist down. One had what appeared to be a gun in their waistband. Upon investigation it was discovered that the gun was a toy and the picture was from a previous day.
After an investigation two juveniles, both 15 years of age, were charged, are now in custody, and will be lodged at McCracken County Juvenile Detention Center.
Juvenile #1, the one seen with the toy gun was charged with Terroristic Threatening 2nd Degree (Class D felony). Juvenile #2 was charged with complicity to commit Terroristic Threatening (Class A misdemeanor).
