CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (News First) — At approximately 11:50 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 641N at Charlie Miller Road. The driver, Chelsey Conner, 34, of Dexter, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance that was not prescribed to her. She was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center.
Conner faces charges including possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense (Hydrocodone, a Class D felony); prescription not in a proper container, first offense; and a traffic offense.
