Earlier this week, MoDOT crews striped the northern quadrant of the newly constructed roundabout at Highway 67/I-55 interchange in Festus. Southbound 67 has been shifted onto its new alignment. With the new alignment, drivers traveling southbound on US 67 from east of 55 would travel through the new roundabout. Project Director Justin Wolf says additional legs of the roundabout will be open later this summer. Once those legs are open, drivers will need to look left and yield to vehicles in the roundabout before entering. Until then, drivers travel through the roundabout and continue south.
