An 81-year-old St. Louis woman has died following a single-vehicle accident in Crawford County yesterday (Mon, Aug 5th). According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Yong Frank was driving her 2023 Hyundai Tucson on I-44 westbound at mile marker 209 near Cuba when it drove off the side of the road, striking a sign and concrete culvert. Frank was transported to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead. The accident is Troop I’s first fatal accident for August and 23rd of the year.
