BONNE TERRE, Mo (News First) – A St. Francois County man was arrested Sunday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and faces one felony charge. According to the patrol’s arrest report, 42-year-old Christopher D. Wineman is a registered sex offender who was found loitering in and around a state park with a playground present. The Bonne Terre man was taken to the St. Francois County jail where he was later released.
