MURRAY, Ky – At approximately 10:42 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, 2024, an officer with the Murray Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Lowes Drive. During the stop, evidence of criminal activity was uncovered. The driver, Tyler Williams, 21, of Murray, Kentucky, was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)
  • Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess
  • No Operator’s License
  • Failure to Illuminate Head Lamps

Additionally, Williams had an active bench warrant out of Calloway County, which was served at the time of the arrest.
