The Harris campaign told NBC’s Meet the Press that internal data shows they are winning battleground voters who have only just recently made up their minds. However, earlier this week, Harris pulled nearly $2 million in advertising from the swing state of North Carolina, as early voting showed the state was favoring President Trump.
