BOLLINGER COUNTY, Mo. (News First) – U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. on Tuesday sentenced a Bollinger County man to 179 months in prison for receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material. 40-year-old Justin Wade Welker was caught after the FBI office in Detroit learned that two people were discussing engaging in sex acts with a minor on the Kik messaging and Chat app. The FBI traced one of the participants to Welker’s home in the Village of Sedgewickville. FBI agents approached Welker at work, and he admitted viewing child porn. His phone also contained child sexual abuse material. Welker pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography back in August.
