FARMINGTON, Mo. (News First) – All of Southeast Missouri and all of Eastern Missouri, south of the Missouri River are finally back to normal as far as the ground is concerned. However, the entire state is not out of the drought situation quite yet though. The far northwestern county of Atchison, plus much of western and Southwestern Missouri and parts of seven counties in Northeast Missouri are still dealing with moderate drought.
