FARMINGTON, Mo. (News First) – A 25-year-old Irondale man has been arrested and charged with multiple sex crimes against a juvenile in Park Hills. The St. Francois County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office filed felony charges against Jean C. Stevens on November 13th for incidents between January 1-12, 2024 involving a minor under 12 years old.

The Park Hills Police Department released a probable cause statement on November 13th, stating an interview conducted at the Children’s Advocacy Center disclosed Stevens molested and performed sexual intercourse on the juvenile against their will at Stevens’ Park Hills residence.

Stevens has been charged with one count of child molestation in the first degree, three counts of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy, and sexual intercourse with a person under 12.

Stevens was arrested on November 14th and is being held at the St. Francois County Jail on a $500,000 cash or surety bond.
