PERRY COUNTY, Mo. (News First) – Two people from Chester, Illinois were injured in a pickup truck crash Monday night in Perry County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash happened on Highway 51 at Perry County Road 934 near McBride when a 47-year-old man was driving on 51 when he lost control of his 2001 Ford F-150 on the ice-covered roadway. The truck began to skid, it then ran off the road, down an embankment and overturned. The driver and his 15-year-old male passenger received moderate injuries. They were both taken to Mercy Perry Hospital in Perryville for treatment.
