MADISON COUNTY, MO (News First) – A teenager from Fredericktown received serious injuries following a one vehicle accident Saturday night in Madison County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident took place on ‘J’ Highway, six miles east of Fredericktown when a 2019 Jeep Compass driven by a 17-year-old female ran off the road and struck a tree. She received serious injuries and was taken to Mercy South in St. Louis.
