PADUCAH, KY – McCracken County Fiscal Court meeting held on January 8, 2024, an order was passed to amend the previously issued directive regarding the award of permitting software. The revised order stipulates that the permitting software bid is to be granted to CloudPermit Software. This decision is based on CloudPermit Software presenting the lowest and best bid, amounting to a one-time implementation fee of $10,000.00 and an annual billing of $19,500.00 for a three-year period.

The Commission  further empowered the Judge Executive to sign all related documents, while the Treasurer is authorized to handle the payment of invoices associated with this agreement.

Moving on to other matters, the Commission addressed a sealed bid opening for lighting upgrades at the Reidland Ballfields, which took place on December 5, 2023, at 3:00 pm in the Judge Executive’s office. Beltline Electric submitted the sole bid, prompting a careful consideration that resulted in a non-competitive negotiation. An additional alternative bid was submitted by Beltline Electric on December 11, 2023. After thorough review, the Commission officially awarded the bid for lighting upgrades at the Reidland Ballfields to Beltline Electric of over $414,000

The Judge Executive has been granted the authority to sign all relevant documents, and the Treasurer is directed to process payments for invoices related to this project.

In a separate order, the Council approved a $500.00 sponsorship to the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce for the upcoming 2024 West Kentucky Thank You Night, scheduled to be held in Frankfort on February 15, 2024.
